Things are settling back down to normal, and I am back home. Just a few things to make you aware of.

As I mentioned some time ago, I am coordinating Financial Peace University at our local church. Well, last night we hit the “Dumping Debt” portion of the DVD, and the place was electric. You could feel the excitement in the room, as people got jazzed about getting out of debt. One of our members cut up 15 credit cards. It was so very, very awesome. There is a link to Dave Ramsey’s site on the right hand side of this page, and I strongly urge you to attend FPU. It totally rocks.
As for us, we are up to 8500 dollars in savings, right on track for 20K by October. We have vacation scheduled for next week, and I am so excited. We are going to St. Augustine, FL. We love it there, and are staying in a really swank condo (a friend is letting us use it for 10 days!!! FREE!!!)
