		<description>Dependents don&#039;t decrease the tax liability on self-employment income, do they?  I did a preliminary run through on our taxes and we owe (despite all the child related credits), so I&#039;ll get back to them when I&#039;ve located more business receipts :)</description>

		<description>It&#039;s worth noting that you don&#039;t have to pay when you file, and you can pay on April 15 even if you go ahead and file now. I am not sure if the online services will let you pay later now, but several years ago, TurboTax for the Web had a check box to delay the tax payment until April 15. If so, that&#039;s just one more way to make sure natural disaster or family emergencies can&#039;t leave you paying a penalty because you filed late.
