My daughter took a catnap on my chest (she stretches all the way down to my knees, now) just the other day… and she just turned 3! It reminded me of the good old days when she could just curl up in a little ball and snooze, and your post reminded me of that, too. What a great thing that is…

I think you’ll like the pie. One of our favorite recipes to date! And making it with turkey is a lot less expensive but still yummy. Of course it doesn’t taste like beef if that’s what you’re really into.

And yay for new babies. I spend 3 days a week with newborns and they’re the best ever. So little and yet so alive.

We must read some of the same blogs, LOL. But most of those were new to me, so thanks for the links. I agree that frugality is “in” at the moment. I’ve seen much more about frugal living across the board recently than I used to.
