		<description>I love that $17k passive income quote.  I&#039;ve realized that passive income isn&#039;t so passive in the beginning whether you are building your own website, writing, investing, or anything that will setup an asset that will throw off money without your typical 9-5, you will invest a lot of time in the beginning the reward is large at the end.  I was reading somewhere that most bloggers stop seriously blogging after 3 months because they do not see an immediate return.  That is understandable.  You get nothing in the first few months but if you set something up and dedicate a few hours a week, $1k per month isn&#039;t that far off reach.  

And who can&#039;t use a few more bucks a month?
