		<description>I love that $17k passive income quote.  I've realized that passive income isn't so passive in the beginning whether you are building your own website, writing, investing, or anything that will setup an asset that will throw off money without your typical 9-5, you will invest a lot of time in the beginning the reward is large at the end.  I was reading somewhere that most bloggers stop seriously blogging after 3 months because they do not see an immediate return.  That is understandable.  You get nothing in the first few months but if you set something up and dedicate a few hours a week, $1k per month isn't that far off reach.  

And who can't use a few more bucks a month?
