		<description>These are great questions to ask.  Particularly important is whether you will charge up other cards after you transfer the balance to a 0% card.  If you will, or you think you will, you&#039;ll end up worse off than when you started.  I&#039;ve left money on my home equity line of credit because I knew I&#039;d charge it back up if I paid it off.</description>
