My daughter has the flu, I’m sick, and my son broke his glasses. I’m tired, my throat is killing me, and I just feel rotten. My daughter feels much, much worse. She will be out of school for about seven days. My little boy broke his glasses and we had to buy a new pair for him. He’s three, and three year old boys can be rough on their glasses! My wife is busy trying to “take care” of all of us. I’ll be back with more posts tomorrow, but it’s good to know that I can focus on my kids and my family and not have to worry about my finances, any debts, or any bills. Being organized has its advantages, ESPECIALLY at a time like this.

Feel better.
You should check out Goggles4u.com. I bought my glasses there for $25 lenses and frames shipping included. Great for kids too since the are always breaking them and losing them. I am very pleased with my purchase and the quality of the glasses.

Hope you’re feeling better soon. Dh is a pediatrician and this has been an especially bad year for the ick to go around. Lots of flu and strep, so if you suspect that, head to the doctor. (flu caught early enough responds well to Tamiflu)

I hope you feel better soon. This flu thing is really bad everywhere.
I got my glasses online too and saved a BUNDLE. You might have to measure your son’s head but the extra time is well worth the money you saved. My glasses would have cost over $350 at the cheapest place I could find in town. I got them for about $70 and had to wait 10 days…but it was worth it
