I also believe that people fail because they can't visualize the end product. They don't truly know what they are going for. Most say "I want to be rich". They need to see what "rich" is to them. What does their life look like? House, car, vacations? How does their time play out? Family, friends, volunteering? If you can invision it - you can become it. I agree with your goal setup.
